These terms apply to your use of the Keyons Harmony website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — you can still call or email us directly.
Health information is general, not advice
The information on this site describes our services and general topics in home care and disability support. It isn't medical, nursing, legal, or financial advice for your situation, and it doesn't replace talking with your doctor or another qualified professional.
This website is not for emergencies. If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911. For health advice at any hour in Alberta, call Health Link at 811.
Funding information
Our funding pages, funding checker, and family guide summarize government and community programs in plain language. Each program sets its own rules, makes its own decisions, and can change its criteria at any time. The funding checker is a guide only — it doesn't decide eligibility. When we help you apply, we'll prepare and follow up on your application, but we can't guarantee that any program will approve it. Always confirm details with the program itself.
Consultation requests
Sending a consultation request doesn't create a care relationship or an agreement to provide services. Care begins only after we've talked with you and agreed on a care plan in writing. Please don't include health details in the form — we'll discuss those with you directly. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.
Job applications
Applying through our careers page doesn't guarantee an interview or a job. Please make sure the information and résumé you submit are accurate and your own. Only upload your own résumé, and don't include other people's personal information.
Using the site properly
When you use this site, please don't:
- submit false information, or requests on someone else's behalf without their permission,
- send spam, or use automated tools to submit forms,
- try to access parts of the site, its data, or other people's information that aren't meant for you,
- upload files that contain viruses or harmful code, or
- interfere with the site's security or how it works for others.
Links to other websites
We link to government programs and community organizations because families find them helpful. We're not affiliated with those organizations unless we say so, and we're not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
Accuracy and changes
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but information can change — especially program details, which we check against official sources regularly. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice. If you spot something out of date, please let us know.
Our content
The text, design, logo, and other content on this site belong to Keyons Harmony or are used with permission. You're welcome to print or share pages — such as the family funding guide — for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you don't change them. Please ask us before using our content in any other way.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide this website “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Keyons Harmony isn't responsible for any loss or damage that results from using, or not being able to use, this website or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
