Family caregivers need rest too. Respite care gives you reliable relief — at home or out in the community — whether it’s a planned weekly break, holiday cover, or emergency support at short notice.
What we offer
In-home respite — we come to your home so your loved one stays in their familiar environment. A few hours to a full day, overnight care, emergency short-notice cover, and planned regular bookings.
Out-of-home respite — we accompany your loved one to day programs, community activities, and appointments, including short-stay facility coordination.
Scheduled relief — regular weekly or bi-weekly bookings so you can plan your life with confidence, with the same caregiver each time.
Who it’s for
- Parents of children and youths with disabilities
- Families caring for an adult with a disability or complex needs
- Spouses and adult children caring for a senior
Peace of mind while you’re away
Before your first break, we get to know your loved one’s routine, needs, likes, and dislikes — so the time apart feels calm and familiar for them, and you can truly switch off. When you return, we let you know how things went.
Funding may be available for respite care through several programs, and we can help with the applications.
